Large Items: Bulky items, including furniture, mirrors, and large lighting fixtures, are generally delivered within eight to fourteen weeks.

Smaller Items: Expect delivery of smaller items like small lighting fixtures, ornaments, tableware, and vases within four to six weeks.

Customised Products: Custom items, where modifications have been made to fabric, color, size, or style, often require an additional 4 weeks on top of the estimated delivery times.

Assembly & Installation:

Our delivery service includes transport to the ground floor outside your building but does not cover assembly or unpacking. For exceptionally heavy or hard-to-access items requiring special arrangements, it is the customer’s responsibility to organise and bear any associated costs. Additionally, customers must ensure that all items will fit into their premises.

Items are delivered with protective packaging to safeguard against damage during transit.

International Shipping:

Note that we do not cover return shipping costs. Larger items are typically shipped by sea to minimise the risk of damage. For tracking details, please contact us.

Factory Location:

We are based in the UK, but some of our products may be shipped from various international manufacturing locations.

Our Liability:

Please inform us in writing within 48 hours of delivery if you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items, or if the quantity does not match what you ordered.

We are not liable for defects caused by negligence on your part or any third party.

Should any shipment be declined by the customer, a storage and re-delivery fee will be applied to the order.
